Twice I've been to this hotel and now being a best western member I'm saving even more. On both occasions staff have been really pleasant and helpful, the rooms are well looked after/serviced. Both bar and restaurant offer great value. 2 minutes walk for public transport in to Glasgow. Ask for Stepps Tower, or use Google for doing homework for visit.Rooms: Great rooms area all items you require and more, clean, great shower in en suite.Safety: For both wheelchair uses or less able-bodied ramp area is good. Hotel kept to a high safety standardWalkability: Great walks round about. Bus route and bus stops 2-4 min walk. 38c bus takes you into central Glasgow.Food & drinks: Snack options available upto 5pm,great value and lunch, dinners available are good value, good drinks choice too.

Our Mums bereavement reception was held here on the 1/3/24.We would like to thank Angie the events co-ordinated for all her help and organisation, making this sad and difficult time as smooth as possible for our family.Mark and his team made sure everything went to plan and helped us to continue to give my mum the farewell that she deserved.Can?t thank you all enough for making such difficult day so memorable.ThanksMichele,Angela & Yvonne.June Newlands daughters xxx

Great executive room , big and modern, bathroom needs upgraded. Service was ok nothing special . Evening meal was ok restaurant had no atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent ?

Big carparkFriendly check in with all info givenRoom was up a flight stairsThe room itself was very spacious as was the bathroomBed was comfortableWiFi excellentShower hot and powerfulEvening meal was excellentA good choice menu reasonable pricesBreakfast not included but could add if wantedLocation it isn't really close to anything that i could see .Would definitely recommend and stay again ?

Was there for a private function. Food was lovely, service could have been a little bit better. People were waiting a while for teas/coffee. However staff were lovely.

Superb staff. Helpfull. Kind.We had Christmas dinner and a jude if a place is service for so many at wonders.. can they serve your meal hot.Well done the food for our large party arrived perfectly hot and all together.They accommodated all food allergy and so on. On a busy day.We will be back well worth it and good food. Good value. Beuity of a building able to access with wheelchair ?? well done !

Perfect ? staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was amazing especially the haggis! 2 eggs bacon sausage tomato potato scone toast. Definitely worth the money. Comfy beds nice room very clean. Thanks everyone.Rooms: Comfy beds ? nice size and facilities even nice oaty biscuits. Good tea and coffee. Very clean.Safety: Very safe for single travellers lock ? key chain on door so as single females it's good. Staff around to ask any questions.

We had 2 rooms booked and had a very comfortable 2 night stay here.First impressions very good - attractive building and reception area, friendly staff.Fantastic breakfast, freshly cooked and piping hot with an excellent choice including poached eggs and avocado which you wouldn?t get on a buffet. Even having freshly made toast served is a luxury these days instead of the woeful DIY toasters in most hotels. Again really friendly and efficient staff.All the usual cereals and pastries too.Room 34 was spacious and reasonably priced. Room 37 was an executive double though slightly smaller than 34. The executive label gave additional freebies such as water but we were very happy with the slightly cheaper 34.The location was 5 star for us as we were attending a family celebration nearby.

Staying here at the moment, friendly welcome and room was nice and clean, good size and warm.Ordered room service which was horrendous! £31 for a steak as tough as boots, asked to substitute the fries for veg which never came so had to order a side salad, £4 extra.JOKE! Half the steak was fat and gristle!

Lovely hotel and staff are super helpful and pleasant. Food is good and freshly made to order. We had dinner, choices of starter, main and pudding, but the first two were more than enough for us! Breakfast offered a good choice. Eggs on smashed avo, and eggs and smoked haddock were our choices. Rooms are very warm. Our executive room came with a bath which was useful to have after a long day of travelling. Would recommend.

Nice hotel, rooms dated, small twin beds. But clean tidy and functional.Service great and good in restaurant very good.On site parking.
