My experience at Best Kebab was anything but best The kebab itself was a total disaster dry, flavourless, and barely edible, like they went out of their way to make it as unappetizing as possible. To make matters worse, the customer service was unbelievably rude; the staff acted annoyed that I even ordered, tossed the food at me without a word, and rolled their eyes when I pointed out how bad it was. Between the awful food and the disrespectful service, it was easily one of the worst meals I?ve ever had.

I travelled seven hours to visit this place after hearing people hype it up online ? and I honestly wish I hadn?t bothered. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst food experiences I?ve ever had.
The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a mixed kebab expecting something half-decent after such a long journey, and instead got a cold, greasy pile of meat that tasted stale and poorly cooked. Some pieces were burnt to a crisp, others tasted almost raw. The chips were soggy and cold, the salad was clearly old and slimy, and the entire thing had this weird, unpleasant smell that honestly made me lose my appetite. I ended up throwing most of it in the bin.
But what really pushed it over the edge was the staff. The man behind the counter ? I?m assuming he was the owner ? was incredibly rude and aggressive. While I was waiting, I saw him swear at another customer just for asking when their food would be ready. No apology, no professionalism ? just pure hostility. At one point, a different staff member shouted ?if you don?t like it, leave!? at a completely calm woman who politely asked for garlic sauce.
There?s clearly zero respect for customers here. The whole atmosphere was uncomfortable ? like walking into someone?s bad mood. They treated everyone like an inconvenience, and honestly seemed like they hated being there. If this is how they act in front of people, I don?t even want to imagine what happens behind the scenes.
I regret wasting time, money, and fuel coming here. If you?re thinking about trying it ? don?t. It?s not worth it. Bad food, disgusting attitude, and an experience I wouldn?t wish on anyone.
