I visited the branch after I accidentally transferred money from my Tsb account to what I thought was an old Barclays account. I?d been to tsb already and they didn?t help me at all but Katy managed to find where the money was (not in Barclays after all). I was panicked as it was a lot of money for me but she spent time trying to get to the bottom of where it sccidentslly had been sent to even though it ended up being nothing to do with Barclays.

Today me and my husband had a fabulous experience with a young gentleman called guangming! He was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions and help us acquire our needs :) it was all light hearted and was able to understand and having a laugh all at the same time. Spirits were great and helped us to the very last detail.
Was not impressed with the manager who rudely interrupted us during our time with guangming because it was busy outside and asked for an ?ETA? ? very rude and unprofessional.
Overall GUANGMING was an absolute delight and we had a great experience with him, great attitude, very helpful and great customer service :)
