Staff are so unhelpful. Not even an apology for the length of time waiting. Stood in queue while staff talked about what they were up to at weekend. Then when I was called forward the teller couldn't help me. Said to wait on seat and someone would help me. She was about as useful as a chocolate teapot. You could clearly see she was not interested in helping me. It was aw. Don't know. I'm. Not sure. Im sorry. If you dont know. Ask someone. If your not sure ask someone. Terrible. I am also putting in a complaint to their branch manager as thats a shocking way to deal with any customer

Unfriendly service take ages. You to stand in a big queue for the business bit witch u cant stand there where the arrow service is for coins as other bank of Scotland banks u can go straight to the business bit put money in and not stand in a big queue for other stuff
