Rubbish bank service, I try to open bank account for 2 months back and forward and still not got account

Visit this branch today to with draw over £100 worth of coins to be ask by the tailor if it?s for a business when says it?s for personal use then to be ask 1000 in 1 question. Then for the business staff to start drawing me dirty looks because I says it was for personal use. Then when says to my mother I don?t suspect to come into a bank of Scotland branch to get an attitude where I not give them an attitude to be confronted by the trailer says they never give me an attitude then when I say to my mother before leaving the branch I am think of leave the bank of Scotland and going to another bank the trailer and the other two members of staff says then u can just go bloody do that then. Me and my mother been recommending the bank of Scotland to people that?s a big mistake know. I will never be use the anniesland branch or the bank of Scotland ever again

One of the worst customer service experiences I?ve ever had. The staff at this branch are incredibly rude and cheeky, with absolutely no respect for customers. It feels like you're a bother just for walking in. No sense of professionalism or courtesy ? just attitude. Avoid this branch if you can; it?s a disgrace to the Bank of Scotland name.

Popped in to deposit cash, as is usual pointed towards the machine. Machine didn?t recognise one of the notes and retained it, printing out a receipt. Waited in the queue to speak with a human, who was very good. Took my deposit and provided a receipt which I?d not asked for, went to retrieve the withheld note from the machine. Big queue forms, human told to serve the queue whilst boss retrieved note from machine. I waited about 15-20 minutes for this. Boss provides me with the note. I ask if I need to wait in the queue again to deposit the note. Yes, or I could use the machine. I decided to leave. Asked for a bin for the 2 pieces of paper I now had. They didn?t have one. Not great customer service from the boss. AI? Aye, right

I have been with Bank of Scotland all my life. The Anniesland branch has always been efficient and helpful. No matter what you visit them for the staff are second to none.

As a recent immigrant I had a lot to learn about banking in the UK. The branch manager (I'm sorry I forgot his name) was incredibly helpful and personable. He made getting an account painless and quick.

Visited this branch today to get some help with our account. The staff were wonderful - friendly and extremely helpful. Deserving of a special mention was Lesley, who spent a lot of time helping us to set up internet access to our account from Australia where we now live. Thank you so much - we?re very grateful for your cheerful assistance!

Rotten customer service ? especially cashiers at business desk, most staff here need personality transplants, faces like thunder & stinking attitudes when politely making enquiries or withdrawals, seems to be the norm in BOS Glasgow branches!

I know this bank is opened till 1pm on Saturdays, however I did look on the website which confirmed this.Went down yesterday 5/8/23 at 11am only to be faced with a notice on the door saying they were sorry they were closed!! A further round trip to clydebank to the nearest bank.

Amazing experience every single time. Staff always very welcoming and profession. Always willing to go extra mile to help customers.Even if I am 10 miles away from the branch, we avoid going to any other nearby branch but go to Anniesland branch.
