I don?t recommend going here. The customer service is poor, and the staff tells you to do everything online, making them redundant and unhelpful. I hope they improve their training, as I won?t be coming back until they do.

Extremely bad service, the worst by all means. I went there to exchange some older notes into new version, the blonde lady took it with poor attitude and return my notes less, not a few pounds but a few hundred less, I was too rush on time and didn?t call the police and I should?ve have. It was May 20th, this is not just abt poor service, this is criminal, to that lady: you know exactly what you did, and I hope you get caught for what you?ve done.

If you're enjoying your day and feeling happy then steer clear of Bank of Scotland Patrick. After the member of staff had to stop leaning on the wall and divert their sour face from their mobile phone to direct me to the appropriate counter, I left feeling not as happy as when I'd entered this thoroughly somber branch of Bank of Scotland!

Because the user in front of withslow operation caused in the queue, waiting for almost ten minutes, obviously the idle staff only chatted at the front desk but did not come to help. As a result, other customers came, and they opened new channels to provide services. I don't understand, is it because I'm Asian??

Went in this evening in a rush. Had an issue with the deposit machine. The man behind the desk was so helpful and dealt with my issue after I left which showed on my account. Best service and thank you.

The worst bank services I have ever faced in the UK, I have done my online application then I went to a branch of this bank in Glasgow to submit my original ID after 30 minutes of waiting they told me we can't activate your account without providing an obvious reason. However I had a valid ID card and a letter from University.
