Person at the desk had abrupt manner and gave me misinformation (compared to what the BoS website states) to my enquiry about means to open an account. Unpleasant ambience in the bank added to an uncomfortable experience. I will think again about becoming a customer.

Hurts my millenial soul that the 2 cashier humans have to direct us to stand in a queue of 4 and wait for a cashier machine while the cashier humans have no queue. I'm guessing they r overworked and covering back office and people-facing roles now.Management - pls let them do their job of people-facing human cashier!

Appalling. Need better trained staff equipped to deal with neurodiverse being that needs PROMPTING about when to do this function that function the next function. Will not use this branch again.

BEWARE!I thoroughly counted my moneyand used the self service machineto deposit the cash. The machineasked me to confirm the amountof cash but the amount showing was£20 less. Most of the time we wouldbelieve that a machine wouldn't errorand maybe we made a mistake counting.By the way, this happened to me before.Anyway this time i was sure, so i cancelledthe whole transaction. The machine returnedall my cash but retained £20 which then i hadto go to the counter and get it sorted. Soyeah, definitely there is some kind of a flaw.I'm sure if i had confirmed the amount, the machinewouldn't have told me and i wouldn't have anyproof. If i hadn't cancelled the transactioni would've lost my £20. Count your cash thoroughlyand don't rely on these machines.

I went into branch last minute before closing time to deposit cash. The cashier Lynda was training she was calm, professional and patient with me as I was fumbling about with my money rushing when counting it. Great service provided !
