There are 'rules" to put money in one's account: if it's more than 1K, they will attend with an agent;if not, you just MUST put the cash through the ATM machine. If you do not want it, due to the poor precedents ( see other reviews) it does not matter, the office is empty, but they will not attend you as a human being.Bank of Scotland was once a great branch. Not anymore. Their supposed rules ar unhuman and only thinking in reducing staff.If you come to Scotland, open account in another bank. The are not even Scottish, (bought by Lloyd's).

??Avoid depositing in this branch!!! I deposit my money at the counter, and the number doesn't add up!! A total 260 pounds is missing!! That's a lot of money for a student!! I left my phone number but haven't received any response!!!International students must not go to this store to save money. Xiaohongshu has lightning protection stickers. This ATM not only swallows money! ! ! Many people have been robbed of their money! ! Tellers also swallow money! ! ! Saved me 260 pounds less! ! ! Definitely go to a bigger branch to save money! ! The staff were rude and extremely unhelpful, said ?no? to all my questions instead of telling me what my options were or helping me find other solutions. I had been in before asking about the same issue and was told different things on different occasions.

Been most of bank of Scotland branches and the customer service from this branch are most cold, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Glasgow is a friendly city but not here. Staff in this branch are cold and unhelpful. Customer service is awful. Except one staff Julie, she did a brilliant job in helping me solve the problem.

I would be extremely careful.when depositing money in Payin Machines.I was depositing money in Payin Machines.Argyle Street Glasgow when the Machine Broke down only paying part of my money. Ahmed Manager assured myself the remaining money would be paid into my account next day. Which it wasn't. I contacted The Branch and Kirsty called back saying I cannot hear you ending the call abruptly. I contacted Complaints department.Which Nic Text saying he was investigating Very unprofessional. When the Bank of Scotland mission statement is By Your Side.which Ahmed Kirsty or Nic never were.They seem to be By each others side.I had just came out if Hospital after having Major Brain Surgery Tumour partially removed and had started Chemo. I thought that Ahmed Kirsty or Nic would know know that not all Disabilities are Visible.They are not good Ambassadors representing Bank.of Scotland.I am still awaiting reply.as someone still has my money Fraudlently. Ithink trying in Misdion statement and Disabilty awareness.Would help in future as this has caused extreme Anxiety and Stress to.myself.I will await a reply Hopefully someone will be By My Side.
