Customer service was terrible. Zero personal interaction which made our transaction that much harder. No one knew how to process an international check so we just kept moving from person to person until they gave us a form in the lobby to complete. My daughter chooses to bank here for their online features but with the confusion and lack of customer service, I would never consider this bank.

Very poor service from staff, not really helpful with solving customer issues, neither are they very friendly. You would be better off using another branch if you needed attention with dealing with your difficulty, this branch is not representative of how I had perceived the Bank of Scotland.

My partner and I came to withdraw our money after our Lloyds account was closed (for no sufficient reason), and all the complications were handled smoothly thanks to Holly. She was amazing, kept us informed, and sorted everything out.

Because of a wrong advice from people in the branch and customer care over the phone, I lost £1465. When I raised a complaint they offered a compensation of £40 . What a shame!

Staff in there at basement floor who sit on chairs don't have any concept of customer service. Took 45 mins with only 4 customers ahead. Other people walking around but not helping the queue.

The place is that big it has a coffee shop inside yet it takes 45 minutes to do a 2 minute bank transfer. At least 15 pensioners waiting in an overcrowded lobby falling over each other and staff done nothing to help

One person meeting and greeting on the door, two people standing about 'queue managing', and a 40 minute wait to speak to a teller?
Surely it would make more sense to have less 'queue managing' and more people on the actual counters?
