Machines never work and no business counter to pay in. At least make more machines available. If they do work they are painfully slow. I will be changing to a different bank after today?s experience. As a business owner i cant stand in a queue for 20+ minutes just to pay in

Awful service, wasn?t able to add card to Apple Pay , bank said connect though the app, on the app they said that I need to call support line. And support line after 20min conversation, man that was professional by the card problems just hung up

I have been with this bank for years and I've never thought of going anywhere else. The staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming.

i took my disabled brother to the branch to show his ID and proof of address, i have to say it was terrible experience i felt like i was treated like garbage- they said u can not use utilities bills because it doesn?t show how much i use gas or electric (shocked) others letter was provided by a organisation that had signature on it , they did not accept it (shocked) . guess what same days after i left here i went to RBS bank(same bank) in parkhead just 7 mins driver and it took less than 10 mins with same documents that i was able to open bank for my disabled brother.

Wait in a 30 minute qué to be told you need to speak to someone who just aimlessly wonders about with an iPad. Then all of a sudden they disappear and you are sat waiting about like an idiot again

Being new in Scotland sometime back ,I was referred to this particular branch by a friend and it was worth it. I had a great experience, the staff I interacted with were so friendly. Now I stay outside Glasgow but I'm always coming back here for my banking issues. Brought a friend today to open his account and Mark gave him excellent service.
