I had Excellent customer service at Clakston Branch..You went in as a customer and left as a friend..I had really bad fraudulent experience at Argyle Street Glasgow..When using Pay in Machine.It broke down and only paid part of my money back ..I was assured that the £400 would be paid in next day..I got call from Kirsty Russell ..Stating I couldn't prove anything.and hanging up on myself.saying I cant hear you.Then Nic Reilly from Complaints dept investigated the issue..Nic Reilly did the investigation in a Morning..Saying I could not prove anything.He said I could have £50.i thought this extremely suspicious that Kirsty Russell Manager Argyle Street did not get the internal Bank of Scotland Fraud team to investigate..I have just had Major Brain Surgery.Also been in and out of hospital after having Stroke with this issue..I think Nic Reilly and Kirsty Russell are not good Ambassadors Representing Bank of Scotland..I think they should remember the Bank of Scotland mission statement (by your side )..I think they should educate themselves that not all Disabilities are Visible ..I had nothing externally excellent customer at Bank of Scotland Clarkston..I am now on a Pension and this issue caused so much financial Stress for myself and family..I am still waiting on correspondence by letter or even to acknowledge the fraudulent issue..Anyway sorry for going on..But once again Thanks Clarkston..Bank of Scotland.
