I needed a service and repair to my Rolex watch and Tom was a pleasure to deal with. I was very confident that the work that needed done to my watch would be done in a professional and timely manner. The watch was repaired and returned to me in the timeframe that Tom told me it would be and I was kept up to date with the status of the repair. I would recommend Atoz to my friends and family for any of their repair needs in the future.

I needed a new battery and reseal for my Tag watch and found Tom on the internet, so phoned him. He gave me a good price and explained that he would keep the watch overnight to check that everything was working properly. It was quite easy to find where he works and he gave clear directions too. Watch was ready the next day and his computer system sent me notification of this. Delighted with the service and will definitely recommend.

Tag Heuer watch face repaired and new battery fitted. Very reasonable price compared to High St shops. I was advised that the current wait time for Tag repairs is about 18 weeks. Tom had mine fixed within 3 weeks which included the Christmas holidays. A very knowledgeable gent who I definitely would recommend to others ! 10/10

I got in contact with Atoz Watch & Jewellery repair as I needed repairs done for two watches. I had been given quotes by 2 different high street stores and thought they were quite expensive so tried Atoz. I got a very quick reply and was given a quote so decided to go ahead with the repairs. I?m so pleased that I made this decision as the repairs were much cheaper than the high street plus I?m supporting a local business. I couldn?t fault the professionalism, price and communication from this company and will definitely use again in future.
