Pasta meal was very enjoyable and served piping hot which we like. Our waiter, Kai, was attentive, friendly, efficient and served us with good humour.
Dietary restrictions: We are always asked for dietary requirements.
Parking: Perfect for central Glasgow entertainment, particularly the Royal Concert Hall.

We visited this restaurant on a busy Friday night. We were given such a warm, animated & smiley welcome from Courtney despite the fact that she was running around like a bat out of hell.
We were served by Kai, again, for a young man, he displayed excellent customer service skills.
Unfortunately our meal wasn't so good! Courtney dealt with our comments in the most professional and non confrontational way, she immediately adjusted our bill accordingly. What an asset she is to any hospitality venue, she has sussed the concept of excellence when it comes to customer service.
On telling our server Kai of this, to our amazement, it turned out that they are related, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!
What could have been a very unpleasant experience was made positive by these two employees, they deserve recognition!

Kai was our waiter for the evening, he was a young lad that had only been there for a few weeks but he couldn't have been more pleasant, the restaurant was very busy which is good to see and we all had an enjoyable meal, keep up the good work guys ?

We have been going to ask Italian for over 10 years and the food and service has always been great.the staff always go over and above to make sure you enjoy your meal. We were there yesterday and Magdalena did everything to ensure we were happy. 5 STAR service.

I just ordered online from this restaurant and didn?t notice they were closing in less than 10 minutes, but the staff were super friendly and were willing to take me as the last order although they had to close later than usual. Not only they took my order but they were super warm and welcoming.

Ask is a great venue for a pretheatre meal when visiting Concert Hall in Glasgow. Lovely staff, delicious food - great fun to see chefs setting fire to the food in the kitchen! Spectacular!! Loved our visit.

Was looking for a quiet lunch on my own away from the bustle of life and chose ASK Italia, Dundas Place, Glasgow, as the food has never disappointed me.
Also, the service from Roberta was exceptional.
