Prescription in. Told 45 min so left and came back 45 min later to be told still not ready. I stood and waited another 30 min before I got my prescription. They simply can't cope and maybe its time Asda got a new pharmacist. Too much chatting and not enough working.

I went to the Asda pharmacy 45 minutes before closing to collect my prescription, but the staff refused to give it to me. I explained that I?m very unwell and a single mother with two children who depends on my medication, but I was told ?everyone is ill, we are closing.? This was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Pharmacies are supposed to support people when they?re sick, not turn them away when there is still plenty of time before closing. Very disappointing experience.

All good , clean and nice place. Also they do take in for disposal all non sharp expired medications unlike many other pharmacy.

pathetic service by pharmacy staff.on sunday we need medicine urgently for my 4years old daughter as she was in a severe pain. we search on Google for the pharmacy that is open then all the way from rutherglen to the asda pharmacy in hurry. first mall was about to closed at 6 so the refused our entry from that side then we manage to reach the pharmacy counter before 6 and nobody was there and a guy was waiting to turn clock 6 so he appeared on the counter to tell us that it is now o'clock and we are closed now.we beg him that we were here before time and my kid is in a lot of pain please give us that prescribed med. but he didn't listen after we went to customer care they were also unable to anything.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Went to pharmacy at 16.10 to pick up medication, I was told doctor is on his lunch break, where 2 ladies working behind counter at 16.10.
The worse pharmacy in East end where opening hours doesn't apply, prescription get lost a next day pick up takes 3 days and get told if can't wait this long don't hand in prescription.
The working ethics of this place reflects by the feedback of customers.
Today Friday for weekend I got told we are not sure went we open or shut or when we take out breaks. Refused to hand my prescription back as she said we are only standing to tell customers we are on lunch break at 16.10.

Take your prescription then tell you you need to wait 45 minutes to collect it. Poor service.

I would give this pharmacy no stars if I could. Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Asked to speak to a pharmacist and was told to come back in 1.5 hours? I informed them I was working and they told me to go for a coffee or come back after work? What if it was a medical emergency and the pharmacist refused to see me? I was then told I lied about my previous prescriptions with them when everything is in the record . The staff are so unhelpful and unaccomdating. I understand waiting to see a pharmist but 1.5 hours surely not? Can clearly see this pharmacy has issues based on other reviews. I definitely won?t be back!

Just been to buy optrex infected eye dops, available without prescription, and the 'assistant' tried to make me fill a form and wait half an hour to consult a pharmacist.This place used to be first class, now useless.

Horrendous, between being ignored or being told the prescriptions not there when it was or an items not in stock for it to miraculously appear but you have to wait again for it to be ready.

The worst service ever from a pharmacy. Receptionist could not care less for my symptoms or concerns. Waited nearly 3hours to have my minor elements even even looked at for the pharmacist to throw his hands in my face and be utterly rude and disrespectful towards me. Offering to ?help? when he hadn?t even taken the time to look at the form filled.
