I shop here sometimes and it?s usually ok but the Asian woman working at the sushi counter at lunch time was so friendly and helpful, genuinely put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. A wee ray of sunshine, thanks so much!

They will categorically refuse to own up to a mistake on their part. Won?t check on CCTV as apparently it?s against EDPR. That?s the point of CCTV then? Dunno! Confrontational and argumentative. Avoid.

On the 21st of July, I initially visited this ASDA store and purchased a pack of hotdogs, only to discover at home that they had expired by over a week.
I sent feedback to ASDA on the same day, but clearly, they did not care to fix the problem. When I returned to the store a week later (28th), I found the same expired products still on the shelves.
Additionally, I noticed a freezer covered with cardboard, and the ice-cream boxes inside seemed to be starting to defrost.
This is unacceptable.
I have frequently encountered issues with incorrect pricing, especially with multi-buy offers. The overall management of this store is poor and has led to a complete loss of trust in ASDA for me. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious.

Ordered groceries from here with Deliveroo,I ordered 2 of one item and only one in bag,missing a further 2 items and poor quality bruised tomatoes.Are the staff told to give customers veg near or over its quality date??The only plus was the quick delivery but if they don?t give you what you need what?s the point?Also Deliveroo compensation was a long drawn out process compared to Uber eats.

Found the store very messy, seemed staff were stocking every single shelf at 6.30pm on a Friday evening. Not a logical layout, took me ages to find what I needed. Was glad to get out. Would be hesitant to return. I did get a couple of bargains though.

Was at costa coffee in Asda Bearsden today.Coffees were lukewarm, toasted tuna sandwich was white like tissue paper, virtually tasteless. Toilets could do with a clean, as loo paper all over cubicles.A smile from the server would have been nice, but seemingly not!Certainly will not be back at the prices charged!
