Asda, Click and DON'T Collect!!!
Did our online order for Click and collect. Arrived at Asda Govan, which doesn't seem to have the " I've arrived" feature. Leave my car at the collection bay, where it says "sit back and relax, your shopping will be with you shortly"! to go into the store to go to customer service desk where they say they'll phone through. So I go through to get milk which was unavailable but was plentiful in the fridges and return to customer service where my shopping is sitting in baskets. The three individuals at the desk where having a right good chin wag so after a while I asked what was happening with my shopping, the customer service adviser answered" I don't know how it works"! So I asked a floor member of staff if they could call for a manager to which the got Ian who was nearby. I asked Ian what I was to do with my shopping which was sitting in baskets, I asked if it would be taken to my car in the Click and Collect bay or was I to go to my car get bags and comeback, the answer I got from manager Ian "it's up to you"!!! Really
Unbelievable, just what you need after a day at work. So the manager Ian was told to take back the shopping. Click and collect Asda Govan isn't much of a service or a priority I guess.
***UPDATE***
WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND OVER A WEEK LATER AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE (JOKE)!!!

I recently visited the Asda Govan Café and was thoroughly impressed. I enjoyed a slice of pepperoni pizza accompanied by a bottle of Irn-Bru. The pizza was delicious and offered great value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The café was clean and provided a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it for a satisfying and affordable meal.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff treated me with complete disrespect and made me feel like a thief without any reason. Instead of valuing customers, they humiliate them and create an uncomfortable shopping environment. No one deserves to be treated this way. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they care about their self-respect."

Not sure who designed the entrance but it is now impossible to get to the kiosk to buy a sandwich without walking through the store and out the tills. I don't want to do that so I guess I will go elsewhere to pick up a quick bite to eat. At least there is plenty of places nearby.

Hate them on just eat, don't waste your money. Chocolate fingers arrived open, 4 litres of juice missing, charged full price when it clearly said half price on website. Awful chain, asda has gobe down the loo these past 4 years since the sale to foreign buyers.

Ridiculous lack of preparation. Tried to go at a quiet time last night to get everything I needed. Of course that wasn't possible so had to go back before work again today which I understand isnt going to be pleasant. There's evidently a severe lack of baskets in this shop as when the place was almost empty the night before you could still count the number available with one hand.
Arrive today, needed to get a trolley for my 7 or so items (was even lucky to get one of them as everyone needing a basket was also taking them!!) And then had to stand in a massive queue because I had a trolley despite me having hardly anything. Most disorganised and miserable supermarket I've ever been in on Christmas eve. And that was with nowhere near as many people in the shop as I anticipated.
