Disaster. Empty shelves, rubbish/packaging all over the isles, no staff. Why is it open 24 hour when the shelves are empty. Stock shelves through the night. No-one appears to have clue or totally given up. SHAMBLES. This store has been in our community for 28 years. Destroyed.

Used the Asda toyou service on 26th Dec - parcel has since been missing. Absolutely no one in Asda can help. I?ve been sent by their phone service all over the world to get some answers. Absolutely hopeless. The customer service staff in store also need some work with their customer service skills to be honest.
Next step is consumer advice. I also noticed on trust pilot that I?m not the only one. Avoid this service is definitely my advice.

My local Asda we spend about £100 a week in this store never again me and my wife were shopping on 13 January 2025 we normally go self scan but this time we went to a check out only because we had notes change and a gift card again over £100 worth of shopping we were pleasent to the cashier we handed her the notes and gift card no problem when it came to the coins her attitude changed towards my wife i did swear once at the situation the women said I?ve got a camera or device watching yous in a raised voice we had plenty of witnesses who heard her I felt embarrassed no signs up about limited coinage she said I?ve only a small coin part to the till in a raised voice again my wife told me to go which I did I spoke to the cashiers supervisor and told her she said she would have a word with the cashier to which I don?t believe her I will not be stepping into Asda ever again simple answer they don?t want our money we?ll shop else where hope the manager sees this

On Christmas eve, they closed the store ten minutes before the published time disappointing

Ridiculous streaming system where you have to walk all the way round through the self-service tills to get to the other side of the store & do your shopping Very very badly thought through (wasn't like this previously)

If 0 star was a option it would be there.
Absolutely ferrous ordered food on just eat, said driver was at restaurant yet our delivery time was change 6 times waited over a hour,
And our burgers chips nuggets and cheese dips freezing cold
The hot chocolate luke warm at best
And the sauces I paid for 70p each plus the normal 10p sauces was either missing or completely wrong, 20 calls to the shop and not one answer. Cowards probably wont answer due to all the complaints they will be receiving tonight £30 should've been burned because it went to the bin unable to eat cold stale food

Been using this store for delivery for years- I'm switching to another supermarket now. Both delivery and in store staff are decent folk, this stinks of mismanagement from high up in ASDA- meat/fish is often arriving off before the use by date (I suspect the freezers are not up to the job), the website is a bit janky, they've recently absolutely GUTTED all the meat and deli deals so it's slowly getting more and more expensive to shop there. Final straw was an absolutely rancid steak that went off 3 days before the 'use by'- I was refused a refund.

Does Asda use click & collect to get rid of their rubbish like fruit out of a cooler and bacon with a 7 day sell by date A and potatoes we didn't want maybe they should learn their staff to read
