Great pharmacy and yes it?s always extremely busy but people forget that it?s in a supermarket and waiting 30 minutes isn?t too bad. The pharmacy staff are rushed off their feet as they also do surgery prescriptions aswell as walk in prescriptions and consultations, pharmacy first etc. I think people have forgotten to be patient or kind and the reason people are referred back to the doctor is due to it being something the doctor needs to see and deal with so they aren?t being difficult. It?s usually the doctors being so busy to see patients and referring them to the pharmacy that is the problem. All the staff are very helpful and lovely and they still manage to get things done being rushed off their feet and being short staffed. I think they deserve a pay rise for everything they do in so little time. I hate seeing people on the phone aswell it?s really rude unless it?s important you shouldn?t be in the phone as sometimes the pharmacy staff need to ask questions about the medications and make sure it?s correct address aswell seen to many people answering to anything as they aren?t paying attention. I always deliberately not talk to people on the phone when being served and if my phone rings then I will usually phone back when I?m finished

Always a 30 min+ wait regardless of when you go! Pharmacist is rude and confrontational-refused to speak to me whilst I was on the phone to the person who's medication I was collecting! When trying to explain the situation, she was ignorant and dismissive! Had to end the call and guess answers to her questions-absolutely shocking service!If the medication wasn't necessary, I'd have taken the script back and went elsewhere tomorrow!

Attended your robroyston pharmacy to look for a consultation with the pharmacist after being directed to do so from my GP ..the pharmacist and her staff displayed nothing but confrontational and bullying behaviour towards myself ..please avoid this place as it is not a safe environment to get any form of care.

Tried to buy cream for my wife due to itch and a separate hydrocortisone cream for me.But wouldn't sell me both. I suffer from eczema for 50 plus years and had ran out. Needed a wee bit for red face. We can't sell u that for fave. Never did me any harm. Pharmacist is a unhelpful jobsworth. Told her I can buy 10 on amazon delivered next day no questions asked. She told me go ahead. Shocking attitude.

The reason why some folk refer to a pharmacist is because they can't get seen by a doctor. Pharmacists can act and give basic medicines over the counter yet at times it feels this pharmacy continues to push people to just go to their doctor

A previous prescription had been sent for infant gaviscon from out of hours GP and when we went to get it they had none in stock and wouldn't give us the prescription to take to another pharmacy. We had to go back and phone 111 and request they send it to another pharmacy as Asda pharmacy wouldn't help. My granddaughter run out of the medication this weekend and I tried to buy from here and the pharmacist wouldn't give me it although the assistant was going to until she intervened. Given that I have bought it there before from another pharmacist they obviously don't all follow the same policies and it's nothing short of absolute INCOMPETENCE. I think they need to look at their staff and policies to get things right. I can't understand why one pharmacist from this shop could give me the medication and another could not!!! Very unhelpful staff?

I was in need of emergency Asthma medicine/ Inhaler & the Pharmacist (a small chubby grumpy female) point blank refused to provide me with any medicine, I ended up in hospital later that night - Outrageous behaviour by someone who is in a position power and likes to play God. I will be tasking this further.

Great pharmacy. Been using it for around 15 years for my daughter's insulin and other diabetes related prescriptions. Always helpful and friendly service. Able and willing to offer solutions if items delayed coming up from surgery. Thankyou.
