Today we went to buy Iphone 16pro max and we were trying with our argos card but it was not working and we were struggling to place an order but the Lady behind the counter Caroline helps us to fix the problem and after her help finally we bought new phone. I purchased a USB Dock to go with my new computer on Click and Collect and went down to pick it up excited to pick it up and set everything up. Unfortunately, when I turned up I was told I had mistakenly ordered it to the Fort store. At the end of a stressful day of work that was all I needed.
However, what did brighten my day was the lady behind the counter named Jen. She without missing a beat tried to see if they had it in stock for me to buy at that time and failing that she offered to set me up with a new collection for tomorrow after work in the stockwell street store. She even offered to cancel the Fort's order and arrange the refund for me. She wasn't over the top or pushy, just anticipated every need I had before I even thought to ask. Extremely happy with her service and it really did help cushion the blow of my own stupidity.

Awesome experience dealing with Zaina at this Argos. Was in town for couple of weeks from America and needed to make sure my ugly beard didn?t show up. Zaina quickly helped me pick out a Philips beard trimmer. She even sold me a warranty plan to protect my £30 investment and make sure I stay smoov looking if ever back in Glasgow ?

Absolutely so relieved by taking a faulty watch back here tired another argos and got told they'd send it for repair em no I know my rights and got a replacement in this store right away no ifs or buts no at all penny who put the exchange through and the staff who handed it to me were brilliant the relief I felt I could have handed it to penny and the staff what great service thank you penny

Terrible service at the store today. I purchased two items thinking that they would both be ready as that is what the website led me to believe.
It would have been okay but the old woman that served me had a disgusting attitude and was quite condescending towards me.
By looking at previous reviews it looks like this store has a problem with the same staff member - looks like they should put them on a customer service training course.

All the bad feedback seems to be about the same old woman staff member, unsure if she simple hates her job and takes it out on customers. Had to set up account on app and no one at till to take me order as couldn?t order from the computers, minute order completed took me I had to collect in 2 days times when stated they had stock on computer. When to get a refund from this old womanto be took just do it online, guess it?s too much to ask for her to do her job.
