Refused a refund just because the inside cardboard packaging was missing. Visited another Argos and no bother getting a refund for same item.

In my opinion Shocking service from the female staff. Rude, disrespectful, dismissive and very bad attitude from the old woman with the tied back dark hair, with glasses. Denied me a refund for a poor quality product. Got refunded by another store. Reported to upper management.

Argos as a whole has good choice and fairly competitive prices. Not a fan of this branch though - looks run down and in bad need of a facelift. Weirdly on a side street despise being the only branch in Glasgow city centre. Lady who served me was quite curt.

Grumpy looking woman at tills today. Went into store at approx 3.30pm 14/05/2025 stockwell street Glasgow served by this rather haggard old looking dark haired woman. No customer service at all, rude and unfriendly does not do the company any justice no wonder the store is so quiet. Obviously she does not enjoy her job so please Argos give her the sack and get some decent staff in otherwise you will lose more customers.

I will never shop here again even though I did everything had the receipt and all the parts that came with the watch i bought a watch a month ago and it developed a fault yesterday 30 days after purchase so took it back and got told by Amy yhe manager she would have to send it for repair em no I know my rights the way Amy acted you would think it was coming out her own pocket another argos fixed my issue with no ifs and bursary needs to check her consumer rights act 2015 the item is not fit for purpose not of satisfactory quality and not as described under the act I actually was shaking like a leaf and wanted to throw up after this experience where do you get for making a disabled woman feel like that??? Disgusting way to make people feel I was so stressed and worried I was really anxious about taking them back 15.1.25 against my better judgement I went back omg that is the last time today the machines asked me for all my details again so I went to the till got completely ignored and a woman came in after me and got see to before I did am I invisible??? No I am not did I do anything to cause trouble??? No i did
not The staff just stood about and when someone actually bothered to come over to me they have lost the sale DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY DO NOT CAREand reading the other reviews I am not surprised the store was not even busy today so one staff could have took my order well you're not getting g a third chance I AM WORTHY OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Companies like Argos should be shut down for giving such a pathetically low level of customer service. It?s their ?business model?, apparently.
Trying to speak to an agent about your issue? You?ll be asked the same questions repeatedly by a robot before it just hangs up on you, as I?ve experienced 3 times today.
You are so rubbish, Argos. Let?s hope you go out of business swiftly, for being so extremely rubbish at running your business. You?re a joke.
AVOID SHOPPING WITH ARGOS IF YOU HAVE ANY ALTERNATIVE.

Order online n pick up next day, fast and easy shame it wasnt ready, would if been helped, I also compared with them an amazon, argos is far cheaper, will go again soon for a special lady

Was in today 20.11. Blonde hair lady with tattoos on arm was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Customer interaction was above and beyond. I was in earlier last week and same lady was helping Customers, again interaction with them was spot on.
She is very friendly, helped me get board fencing into trolley. This lady should be supervisor.

A very rude staff and be aware if you buy something expensive from them they will treat you like a ball each one pass you to another at the end you will not get either refund or replacement so just waste your money. Better to not buy from them.

Staff running about didn?t have no plan in place waited 38 minutes for my order would have been quicker to buy same product from B&M at same price and shop wasn?t all that busy was told delivery driver called sick that?s why all the delay ? .. I?ll not return? very poor service??

Staff have always been great here! I've seen some difficult customers be dealt with as quickly and appropriately as possible. As someone who is disabled I've even been offered help getting my items to the bus stop across the street when it was quiet, which was so kind and appreciated. I always order online, so I don't need to hang around, but most customers I've been in with have ordered and are having their items sent down as I'm leaving, which is usually around 5-10 minutes.
Overall, it was a great experience for such a basic interaction!
