Stood waiting to be served, just looking but said I was wanting to buy, someone walked in and was served straight away, I said I'm was first and was told other sales assistant was nearly finished, erm I don't think so. Left and spent the £120 I would have spent in st. Enoch square jewellers. How about some customer service Argento. Hope they sale was worth it!!

Went to buy a 21st Nomination bracelet for our grandaughter. The member of staff was very friendly and helpful. She knew all the right questions to ask so that we could easily make our choices re bracelet and charms. Top class.

Went in and no acknowledgement at all. Soured faces. I saw earnings and necklace I liked, decided not to get it. Personally I won't be going back and I won't recommend my friends to go there.

Placed my order on the 27th of November and have still not received my order. Emailed twice and still no reply. Strike is no excuse for this lateness as I?ve ordered from other sites that deliver using Royal Mail. Terrible customer service. Will not be ordering from argento again

Not great. 0 acknowledgment from staff whilst waiting at the door to enter. The dark haired girl I dealt with once in the store was helpful & knowledgeable however her colleagues not so much..
