Super helpful and great service from Joanne. Went in looking for a product, left with lots of information for getting more out of my iPhone! Especially using location services, different home screens, and focus mode to customize my phone.

Unfortunately couldn?t give a zero star rating. Came in to have an old iPod reactivated, was told yes can do that no problem if you come back in (15 minutes) they can sort it, went away came back 10 mins later best be early for appointments. To be left standing and completely ignored for 20 mins, then when I was seen they told me my appointment was cancelled and to make another one. End result up to half an hour to an hour wasted and no help.

I recently visited the Apple Braehead store after a difficult experience at another location, and the service here was absolutely excellent. The staff were professional, patient, and extremely helpful, listening carefully to my issue.
They thoroughly inspected my iPhone 14 Pro Max, ensuring that any damage caused during service would be properly repaired. This is exactly what happened ? my screen was replaced free of charge, and the battery was replaced as agreed.
The team at Braehead truly demonstrates Apple?s commitment to professional and respectful customer service. I highly recommend this store for anyone seeking prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.

Ryan at the Genius Bar went above and beyond to help me with my outdated iMac and its damaged screen.
His help was priceless and I now will be able to backup everything from my iMac before I purchase a new one!
I didn?t have to wait at all, my app was mid day Saturday and all the staff were very professional and friendly!

Great shop with very helpful Staff. I visited the store to enquire about buying a New Ipad and after speaking to Eve, Emma and Lorenzo all of whom were very Informative, Friendly and Patient I had no hesitation in buying the IPad, Protective Case and Charger.

Went in with my son today to see if they could fix his phone after his brother accidently locked it out.
Ryan dealt with us and he was an absolute star. Had the problem resolved in no time at all. Thanks for the great service

Went in to look at upgrading, ended up leaving because a staff member decided that the phone I was looking at urgently needed to be in his hands to show another customer, and decided the best way to do this was push his way through me and my partner.

Had a very efficient and friendly service at the Apple Store today in Braehead! Raeesah was kind and knowledged in the products, and was especially helpful when I was trying to decide which iPad would be best for what I was wanting to use it for! She was comfortable to talk to and made it easy to ask questions I was unsure of. Fab experience!

Was served by a gentleman called cameron. He is a credit to your company with a vast knowledge of professionalism. Should be a manager. Apple give the guy a pay rise.

Battery replacement under Apple Care+. Battery health below 80%.
Staff were friendly and I was pleased with the repair but the process of dropping off and collecting the phone was a complete shambles. I arrived 10 mins early or so and was told by a staff member (who confirmed my details) to wait or walk around the centre until I received a text. About 30 mins later I decided to go in and enquire at the desk as it was 20 mins after my appointment and no text received, but nobody seems to attend you at the desk. Eventually I approached a member of staff on the floor who said I hadn?t even been checked in yet! So I?d been wasting my time waiting for nothing.
Seemingly they have no ability to check you in if you arrive early so I guess you must arrive precisely on time or late? He even said you need to come at the right time not early. Such a stupid system. If I operated like that I?d be late for every appointment I made.
I ended up leaving the phone with them
and driving back to East Kilbride. Left a phone number for them to call when it was ready but no call received and just drove back a few hours later. The phone was ready.
I think Apple could improve their communication with customers with regards to how the check-in process is supposed to work. Also if they could communicate better during the repair - even a text to advise when devices are ready to collect.
I think now I have learned how they work, if I need to use them again I will just need to make sure that I arrive a little after the time the appointment is made for. Due to the amount of time wasted, I would be very reluctant to go into the store if I could avoid it but apparently you can?t post the phone in for repair without using the ?express repair? and incurring an excess.

I wasn?t sure where to leave a review for each person individually, just wanted to give a shoutout to Niamh, Cameron, and specifically Taylor! Went in 1 day to try and sort an issue with my phone number, Cameron and Niamh were super attentive and done all they could for me. Had to come back again and Taylor was super friendly and extremely patient (I had went in right before closing time) 5 stars for all 3 of these guys :)

Huge thanks to Holly who managed to retrieve access to Photos which I had managed to remove from all Apps- but to make matters worse I had also managed to hide/lose the Photos icon so I couldn?t locate to fix. And all done even tho I was simply a walk-in with no appointment.
Great customer service.
