Bought a power pack for my phone l was sold the wrong one when l went back after going all the way home a back they where not to Happy so they try to say l needed to buy the cable for an other £19.99 so more money for their oversight as the manager said so l just got my money refunded but no money for the petrol l used both way twice for their oversight very poor for the apple store in Breahead they are worth millions and still no reimburse on my time sorry apple your are a joke all you do is sale products at high prices and their staff need to be updated on their products and let tell their customers on updates and what they need when customers have older products

Ali at the genius bar was fantastic. They are probably trained in how to speak to tech ludites like me, but my phone was in, repaired and out in an hour and a half. No up selling. Just polite, explained within my brain capacity and job done. 5 Stars Ali!

Staff was not very helpful and they seem to be in a rush, they just told me 3 words or so, it took a bit to get the info I wanted. I am not sure where this is coming from, probably it is just the policy of the company? next time I will probably purchase online as I can get the same degree of information and save myself a journey to the shop

Biggest pile of junk company ive ever delt with, purchased a phone just under £1200 iphone 15 pro max. Not even 2 weeks old and had a problem with signal and network going down intermittently then a month later it was getting worse and eventually noticed it wasnt just the signnal dropping because the signal and wifi eventually packed in altogether and couldnt get any atall, contact the customer service and they told me to get another sim replacement so i did and it still did not resolve the problem, contacted them again and they went through a diagnostic check with me on the fone then told me it was a fault wich turned out to be bluetooth and wifi module faulty, sent me to the braehead apple store and a I travelled and hour and a half and expected a replacement or a refund but instead they insisted to get it fixed and left me with no fone for a week, they sent me away with the fone not working and orderd a part in and i just travelled back up today to get it fixed, i hand the fone in and came back in 3 hours and they had cracked and damaged my screen proctector and hant me the phone back lookin like a pile of dump and didnt replace the screen protector for me, customer service was garbage, so was the manager matt i delt with he wasnt worth a toss and didnt take anything into account that i sayed to him, this also involved the phone to be fully swiped and factory reset now lost all my stuff, highly and strongly would not recommend this company to buy a device from, £1200 nearly and i have been left with a banger reconditioned phone and its only just over a month old, phones now gettin sold and will never return to buy an apple???

Went in store to purchase a phone. Was directed to someone who could help. Every question I asked was met with a childish laugh and the response "go online" or "check online". Disappointing.

Genius Bar - what a misnomer! Didn?t seem to know if I needed an appointment or not, told me to speak to this other associate who said she didn?t handle tech support and said I should see someone at the Genius Bar and then didn?t seem to know what an ?app? was ???!!!

Went to the so-called 'GENIUS' desk with a broken 2 month old macbook Pro 2023, which stopped charging and is only 2 months old. Was firstly told if he couldn't fix it today, it would take 5-7 days to repair. Under consumer law, if there is a defect within 6 months, it should be assumed it's a manufacturer defect and should be a replacement. Then the 'technician' mentioned water damage (coincidentally, the person next to us was getting told the same about their macbook!!!!). He came back with the machine open and there was a white mark that may be liquid, however very little and went on to tell us that it could cost over £1300 to fix and not very pleasant (almost gloating when telling us this). It's ridiculous that we have no recollection of any liquid being spilt near this, so we can only think that the laptop has maybe been sat on a wet worktop or something. The technician went on to compare the damage to going through a flood in a car (submerging in water) where the manufacturer would not be responsible. The macbook was definitely not submerged in a puddle!!! Anyway, unsatisfactory service and would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from Apple, and definitely not from this store.
