Delightful small cafe at Anniesland Cross Glasgow. Excellent good and service. Freshly made sandwiches meals and good tea and coffee. Well worth a look see. Will go again.

Ordered on uber eats, requested update after order took too long and got no update. Their phone numbers on all platforms are either out of service or go straight to voicemail. Had to cancel via uber customer service after almost 2 hours.

Appalling service by owner who comes across as really abrupt and felt really unwelcome both times visited. The other staff are friendly. I recently asked the owner if they sold vouchers (birthday gift for someone who lived locally)and he just shouted the name of a staff member to assist and didn't bother speaking to me direct. The staff member said she would make up on the computer and post/email following day. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. 9 days later and still nothing but took the £40 for it on day I asked. Can't phone them as number on website not in service.

Disgraceful. Food ordered and order accepted at 11:15. Delivery shown as within 30mins to 45mins.It's now 13:02 and no sign of any food. Apparently, I can't cancel or refund the order because they've decided being two hours delivery food, over an hour more than advertised, is just part of the service. The fact we have work to go to and won't even be in for the delivery if it ever comes is apparently not a good enough reason for a refund. Disgraceful treatment.It was supposed to be a late breakfast, now it's later than lunch.Nice cafe but if you can't fulfill the orders don't offer the service.

I placed an order online through just eat and nothing, they don't have a phone number tocontact them no web address nothing. They put the just eat number up which angain does nothing. I have spent good money and they are just cons, taking money from disabled people that cant go to there door and demand the money back or the goods that were purchased don't use them close them down.
