Cannot thank Gary Lindsay and Martin Ward enough for their incredible support! I sold my home via Allen & Haris where initially I wanted my home valued and sooner than later I decided I would like to buy a new home based on how positive Martin had been when he first came to visit the property and provide other additional information! Shortly after, house was on the market and it?s fantastic to share my house was sold and a new one was bought within the space of 6/7 weeks! The entire experience was made so easy for me as Gary Lindsay did not fail to step back when things got uneasy for me. Buying and selling within a short space of time definitely had its ups and downs but the estate agent did not leave my side once and went out of their way to make this experience a great one! Excellent service. Professional and friendly. Always keeps you up to date with every aspect of the sale of the flat. Dionne was very good with seeing through the sale of the flat and Martin was very clear with the initial explanation of the selling process. Will use again if I ever buy, sell or rent.

The staff at Allen and Harris Paisley have been super in helping my daughter to buy her first property. Yvette's viewings have been both friendly and professional. We have especially appreciated her advice and following up our questions with the vendor. Kaye has worked hard in negotiations and Hassan has been a pleasure to meet too. Used A&H as a mortgage broker. The initial fee was nearly £600 for "lifetime membership", if I remember correctly. I told them I wasn't interested in lifetime membership, and then they dropped the fee to £100, which seemed reasonable. The service was good, always responsive. At the end of the day I was left with the feeling that I probably could have found a marginally better mortgage deal somewhere else, but it would have taken a lot more effort. During the transaction they tried to sell me a multitude of other insurance and finance products. It was not clear if I needed those products to get the mortgage deal or not. This part of the service could be vastly improved. I said "no" to all of them (except one) as I already had life and illness insurance from my employer.
