My friends and I had a really uncomfortable experience at the AllSaints store in Princes Square, Glasgow. One of my friends was looking at a shirt in the menswear section, and the manager shouted over at us and shooed us over towards the womenswear area to ?look at the pretty dresses.? It felt very dismissive and outdated. We ended up leaving the store because we felt so uncomfortable, and as we left, the manager sarcastically said, ?That was quick, girls.?
It was honestly so disappointing ? everyone should feel welcome to shop wherever they like without being judged or ridiculed. Definitely won?t be back after this experience.

I had such a great experience shopping today, the girl who helped me had beautiful black hair, brown eyes, and blue nails?super stylish. She was genuinely awesome, and was also incredibly professional/ knowledgeable about the products. Honestly, she's a real asset to your business- you're lucky to have her!

I attended the shop today in a rush looking for a last minute outfit for a date night. I came across the lovely Kerry who helped me choose from options. She was like my personal shopper the way she pieced items together.She had a fabulous style herself which is why I asked for her help but she found outfits that not only suited me, but they were clothes that I would never think to wear.I?m on my night out now in my clothes, feeling amazing about myself thanks to your wonderful staff. Callum is an absolute angel!! So so helpful on the phone - I spoke to Hume twice on two separate days! Utterly soothed my anxious brain and answered all of my questions about the arrival and sizing of a specific jacket in the nicest possible way, v informative as well. Makes me much more likely to shop at All Saints, and specifically this Glasgow branch :))
