Asda is a great supermarket. The store in Girvan has a good layout and pretty much everything you need, staff are VERY helpful and friendly. The discount section is good and always updated.

Friendly staff. Selection of products is decent. Store would benefit from a pizza counter and hot drinks machine. There's no café and store looks dated.

Don't buy online and go to shop to collect items to be told that it's cancelled but you receive half payment as they tell you that youreceived item they tell to phone to George. Com

Tuesday morning. Fruit and veg shelf's poorly stocked. 08:30 delivery just arrived and being put out. Told by bread staff that McGee's morning rolls sell out very quickly, none on shelf's, duty manager says not stocked as no request. German beer choice very poor..no request story again. No checkouts open, company make decision as to manning checkouts times, why does store manager not make decisions.Makes supporting your local store difficult.

Gets more expensive each time I visit and lacking choice. As my only local store I will still go regularly but better choices of supermarkets 20 miles up the road.

Asda is always great value for getting your weekly shop.It's always nice to be in laid back environment, just like it is at home !
