??????????
One of the best café experiences I?ve ever had! The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the staff ? especially the female employees. They were incredibly respectful, kind, and greeted me with genuine smiles. It felt like I was a valued guest, not just a customer. Their professionalism and warmth made my day. This place is definitely my go-to from now on. Thank you so much! ?

Delicious coffee, friendly staff and a very good rewards system.

Pretty overpriced for a bagel and a coffee, the bagel was mediocre and the coffee a frothy mess.
Card only as well for some mental reason.

What has happened grain and grind. Your product is great but prices have gone up? £9 for bagel and drink. Told staff I was nipping out to get something while bagel toasted and think they forgot about it!

Hugely overpriced .Had better latte out machine
Cheese toastie. Not sure what cheese they use or how much used but was tasteless. In bin after a few bites. Would not recommend. This was my first visit and it will be my last.

Best coffee in Giffnock. We like to stop here on our way to Rouken Glen, perfect pit stop. Staff always lovely!

First time ordering today and the place inside was bogging! Every table inside was dirty and covered in dirty coffee cups and teapots. Staff just ignored the fact there was dirty dishes everywhere. Food is massively over priced latte was the worst I have ever tasted. Seating area very uncomfortable with really flat thin cushions to sit on hard wood. Service was slow. Not the best experience and definitely don't recommend.

I picked up a To good to go order. The shop was closing so cannot comment on the atmosphere. Wasn't too impressed with the content of my order, however the cake was very tasty.

Nice place with good coffee, real chocolate on the cappuccino and nice cannolis. We sit outside after our cycles. Service can be a bit slow at times.

Coffee not bad, staff brutal, hygiene horrific!

Was pleased to find somewhere selling handmade sourdough loaves and would make the trip especially for these and pick up some over-priced coffee while there. Sadly, someone at G&G decided fresh-baked sourdough should be wrapped in cling film, rendering the loaves soft rather than crispy and killing the crust people pay for. This was either some overwrought safety policy, a foolish attempt to keep it 'fresh' or a measure taken for their own convenience but when I explained the plastic was spoiling the crust, the server acted as if being personally attacked. Frustrated, I left to find a lesser (but still crispy, at least) loaf at M&S. How can we support local businesses who fail to understand their own product and take no interest in customer comments when things seem wrong? They may as well render all of their coffee beans into instant coffee then explain how much fresher it is...Kind of you to respond though every sourdough I've bought has been fresh and crispy (aren't all such loaves crispy on the crust?) AND I specifically asked if these were today's loaves (it was 10am) and was told they were. Crossed wires one way or the other but appreciate the reply.

So the coffee here is just ok, nothing special and worth to walk down and head to Thompsons Coffee which is far better.
