Stayed 2 nights, first visit here. Location great and the cottage room I had was well worth the money, especially for the view over Loch Lomond. The restaurant menu could do with a bigger choice and the bar to have a better selection of lagers and beer. Can't fault all the staff all polite and willing to go the extra mile.

Very enjoyable and tasty lunch with Family, booked online 2hrs before to confirm wheelchair user and all accommodated with ease.....chicken & leek pie was delicious ?Food & drinks: Food was great pub classics

The Oaktree Inn is a fabulous place for a short break. We have 2 young labradors and they had a ball. Staff were brilliant and very attentive especially to our boys (water & biscuits). The boys just loved the fire. Rosemary in reception was so welcoming and informative, Paula was a great host in the bar. Accomadation was spot on a very dog friendly room, again they look after our furry friends (treats, mats, towels, bowls & even poop bags). Very thoughtful. Food was great and more than plenty after long walks. We tried to add a gratuity to our bill as we did not have any cash with us but wasn't available to do. Could you maybe give this room for though as not everyone carries cash these days and your staff certainly deserve it. We would recommend to all. Definetly going to go back.Rooms: Great room with a small balcony was brilliant for the 2 dogs. Would certainly request this room again.Walkability: Great walks, through forrests paths, up Conic Hill and further afield at Rowerdennen along Loch Lomond.Food & drinks: Fish & chips to die for. Macci cheese excellent. Lasagne just onto menu great and washed down with good drinks.

Absolute hidden gem we found, only wish we knew about it before we came as would have booked to stay.Food was delicious, atmosphere was great and service was 11/10.Will be back, thank you Kirsty!!

Room was nice and clean smelled of fresh paint tho but no big deal dinner was amazing haggis needs n tatties was deliciousBreakfast is one of the best around lots of choice but only one let down .. no tattie scones haha hopefully in the future they are added to BreakfastRooms: Clean but bathroom very small hard to move aroundFood & drinks: Food amazing amazing Breakfast selection except tattie scones

Not great felt a bit second class debunked to marque out back. I know it can be busy but during our visit hardly anyone at tables inside.

Stopped here for lunch after walking our dog. We could take our dog inside which was great. The inside was very "olde worlde" and was very comfortable. Service was quick and very good. The waiters and waitress were first class. They even provided water for our dog. The meal was amazing. We lived every fork full. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I stayed at the Oak Tree Inn during a trip to Scotland in January 2023. I still often think of the wonderful hospitality and the peaceful vibe of my stay. I cannot recommend enough!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Oak Tree Inn. The rooms are always beautiful, we even had a sperate lounge this time, the food was very good, staff friendly and helpful. To top it all, the weather was great and we got out kayaking on both our arrival & departure days. Would very much recommend.
