“I lost an ear bud (headphone) recently. I asked Teagan(spelling?) at the help desk if anyone had handed it in. Teagan told me that it hadn't been found but she took my name and phone number. After this it was handed in and Teagan tried repeatedly to call me but my phone was off so she left a note and with the help of Zoe I was reunited with my too expensive ear bud.Both Teagan and Zoe were very professional while also being friendly and helpful. They are a credit to Tesco. Thank you both.”
