Today I went to B&Q in Galashiels to get some gardening supplies and some decorating equipment to finish some jobs that I've already started, but when the member of staff opened the doors we were told that the shop was not open, except for click and collect which according to this shops website it is open with the now usual spacing. So I've wasted one hour and added 37miles onto my car that I didn't need to do.

low amount of staff which resulted in standing around for some time before getting served as there was only one till cashier. the girl did call out for other members of staff however no one responded and one actually walked past then began talking to customer he knew.
