I was replacing all tires in my car and I had to do wheels realignment. After the fitting the steering wheel was off centre so I came back to rectify the issue.I was booked back promptly and although the mechanic had to take it twice to fix it was done with the customer satisfaction in mind.The company mission statement is ?10 out of 10 excellent customer service, would recommend to anyone? stands strong, thank you

I had a puncture in Peebles. AA took me to Ostles and although they said they were busy because of the Xmas rush they said they would fit me in. When car was on the ramp it was found that my alloy was cracked so they sourced me a replacement alloy and got me back on the road. Service was absolutely awesome. Would highly recommend Ostles.

Good service, polite, friendly staff but black Friday discount code was unclear as it didn't cover the product i bought, could have saved on my purchase elsewhere had i known i wouldn't qualify for discount on a particular brand of tyre, discount offer emphasised wheel rim size not tyre brand, not the folk in-store at fault but the website, will double check any offers in future if i consider returning.

Called on a Sat AM about a blow out on our caravan tyre. Took it over and they replaced it there and then, done in less than 10 mins. Top service, we will definitely be back! 5 star service!

Quite simply the best garage there is !!!!.Puncture last night at 2am, arrived 8am when they opened, tyre replaced and fixed well before 9am. They are the BEST.
