Poor choice of items. Click and collect never on the day promised. E-mails never sent. Won't bother to buy from them in future. Also home delivery trail ended up with poorly packed box and burst bags. No way to contact the store and the central helpline is anything but helpful.

This shop is never open on Sundays and always shutting early. Not good enough from a national chain. No wonder the high street dying. I'll just get my supplements online or in Edinburgh from now on.

Came here on a Sunday after checking opening times on your site and was more than a bit annoyed to find it closed with the Sunday times taped over on the door. I suggest you change the info on your website to reflect your actual opening times. A wasteful journey!!
