Sold a holiday with a hotel and spa, on arrival discovered the spa had been closed for 8 months. Paid for tickets to an aqua park as part of the package which ideas closed for half the time we were there. Had to pay to go to an aqua park that was open, refused to refund the cost. Would not recommend.
