I have always had a fantastic experience when I go into Guess What. I call it my happy place, I try to go in at least once a month. I absolutely love this shop! I?m always met with kindness and respect just a shame I can only go in once a month.

Reading the previous reviews, I'm not surprised they have constant 5 star ratings. I had such a lovely experience with Guess What? I popped in just before Christmas and unfortunately left my walking stick behind. I called to let them know I'd come back the next day which was Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, due to restricted bus and train services, I couldn't be sure I'd be able to get back to the flat in Melrose that I'd rented for the Christmas holidays. I called to let them know, and they kindly offered to drop it back to me. I highly recommend a visit to Guess What? when in Galashiels they have beautiful gifts at affordable prices and wonderful customer service.P.S My daughter loves her new necklace.

Absolutely love visiting Guess What @ Galashiels, so many wonderful items, especially wolves, which I love. Would highly recommend you visit this fabulous shop. Deserve more than 5 stars

My favourite shop to visit when I'm in Galashiels. Great incense stick selection & lovely gifts. Love to pop in to check out the latest crystal & ring collections. The staff are lovely & the shop has a peaceful vibe.

Sorely disappointed at the overall attitude towards the hardest financial times everyone is facing ..when you can't afford to keep up with price changes , I almost felt guilty, but most definitely embarrassed.

This Gorgeous shop I discovered with my friend yesterday. Full of the most wonderful gifts and treasures. It smells wonderful and very calm and peaceful. The two ladies in the shop were delightful and helpful. We can't wait to go back.
