“Never too busy when we visit. Has enough space for parking outside for Approx 4 cars, just enough though.Not a big store at all, quite small but had enough inside for what you need.When the queue for checkout was getting bigger, another staff was straight on the 2nd checkout before anyone asked them too. Quite efficient and quick. Very friendly staff working there.Recommend a visit if you’re running low on things. I even found some of their deals were actually a LOT cheaper then the local supermarkets by over £1.50+, doesn’t seem a lot but when that’s on one deal it can soon add up. Great wee shop hiding away!”

“I had the most excellent help from assistant Seon who took care of my shopping trolley when called away. When I returned he was off duty and shopping for himself but insisted in making sure another assistant knew the problem and made sure he would help me before he left, which he did. A most pleasant young man so thank you Seon.”

“The food is tasty for a supermarket cafe and the staff are friendly. My son enjoys the chicken burger and the breakfasts have also been good. They do often run out of items, but seem to rely on a different company supplying their stock as they are not part the supermarket downstairs which seems a shame!”

“I am so impressed with the care Asda staff showed today with my elder mother, she is 88. After doing my own shopping I went to find out where she was because there was some delay. I found her sitting in a chair and staff packing her bag. They noticed she was looking tired and wanted to make sure she was ok so got her into a chair and processed her shopping. So kind and considerate. Thank u staff at Asda in Galashiels.”

“Good range. An prize winning plants there, very nice staff. Good prices for all products. Special mention to the chap that served us he was great, polite and welcomed every customer and chatted to them all, noone was ignored a rare thing nowadays.”
