Extremely disappointing with the service form this agency.We had booked 2 viewings of the property to sell. ( 12.40p.m. and 1.00 p.m. the same day, the same time, the same city, the same person from agency to show - Amy, I have 2 writing conformation about the viewings)First viewing - no one turn up.Second - no one turn up.When I phoned. I was told, in disrespectful way, that the second property is sold and the first they can show me later.Non explanation, no apologies. Later on I got an email that property is sold and they can show me the other. Again, no apologies or explanation at all.Wasted time and nerves.Never was treated in this unprofessional way. I feel sorry for the seller of this flat.Loosing client only because the agency is completely unprofessional.

Edwin-Thompson (Galashiels)My initial experience of pursuing a commercial property with this letting agent was less than acceptable and I had be questioning the financial input and mental stress I had been through trying to communicate with them.However, after some feedback and an emphasis on improving communication, I was very happy to work with the team again and complete the application for a property.The second bout of negotiations were respectable and understanding of both tenants and landlords needs. In the end they were professional and courteous. I am happy to have taken on a property via this agent.
