I was in area for work when some warning lights came on in my qashqai. Popped into dealership and found staff were really helpful and fitted my car in and rectified issue within couple of hours. Friendly, helpful and professional staff and eoild definitely recommend and use again. Arnold clark need to take some lessons!! Next new car will definitely pop by and discuss options.

Purchased a car from these guys in March, had problems with the car and the local Nissan Dealer in Irvine was not very forthcoming in helping me (even though the script is if you are more than 60 miles away from the dealership you Purchased the vehicle from it should be taken to the one closest to you), anyway after 3 weeks of hassle from my local dealer. Chris at Dalgliesh really went above and beyond and got my car collected and taken to him and provided me with a courtesy car. It was collected on the Thursday and by the Friday the issue was diagnosed, parts ordered and I got a call this morning (Wednesday) from Chris to say that was my car ready for me. I live in Ayrshire so it's a bit of a hike going to Galashiels but I would happily recommend the guys there. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

This dealership stepped-in when the dealer from whom I bought my Subaru failed, miserably, to put his customer before petty procedure. They are extremely accommodating and, best of all, their communication on the progress of my repair was exemplary; Fiona in particular, kept me updated without any prompting. First class service.
