Some friendly and very helpful staff,likely let down by what they can actually do to be allowed to help. 2 laptops purchased here one has broken 3 times the second twice. They wont replace them just keep offering to try and fix them. Costing me money each time and very difficult trying to contact this store as they dont have a number. Whilst fighting cancer i would of now paid more to just have bought either laptops anywhere else.

Went to make a start on Christmas and came away a very happy customer ? Nick who assisted us, was brilliant he definitely went above and beyond got us the best deals and explained everything and nothing was to much trouble ?

Have been in this store twice recently, once to purchase a dyson fan and more recently to purchase the new Samsung smart watch. I did not purchase these items here on either occasion. This store is basically a washing machine showroom and rarely carries stock of the items you want and you are lucky if they even have display stock for you to be able to make an informed decision before making any purchase. For example when I went in to look at smart watches there were no display models of the apple watches and only one Samsung model. Staff are unhelpful and always refer to the app which most people have looked at before going into the store. I've had staff inform me that currys does not carry stock of items that I have already looked at on the currys website. Most recent experience with staff in this store was very poor with the staff member walking away whilst I was trying to enquire about available smart watches. Would recommend going to the local argos before using this store

Went diwn to look at mobile phones. Decided on one but no stock. They checked their warehouse but again no stock. Picked another one but again same story no stock. Tried a third one and again no stock. Now on display they had lots of phones so why display if no stock. They then told me it was only iphones they stocked???
