“Went there with my wife. She was really impressed with the quality and styles of the clothes. The lady shopkeeper was very helpful and nice. She didn’t have my wife’s size for a specific item but she got it in from another store for her.”

“Can't really fault the store or the staff. Not a fan of the returns policy though. They'll only exchange and won't do refunds. So online shopping is a bit hit and miss, so best to visit a store. No click and collect on offer, other than delivery to a store which is the same price as delivery to home. Doesn't make sense to me.”

“I am so impressed with the care Asda staff showed today with my elder mother, she is 88. After doing my own shopping I went to find out where she was because there was some delay. I found her sitting in a chair and staff packing her bag. They noticed she was looking tired and wanted to make sure she was ok so got her into a chair and processed her shopping. So kind and considerate. Thank u staff at Asda in Galashiels.”

He asked to help as soon as I approached the ordering screen, advised me about ordering times and also about an option for him to request the item from their main warehouse and bring it into Galashiels stock, allowing me to pay on collection. He really was keen and very willing to help and I was very impressed.I must also mention another young man who works in Galashiels Argos called Otto who is also very helpful and both are a real credit to the store.”
