Went to visit their showroom today (Saturday), it was 12:30… they weren’t open when they’re meant to close at 1. Unimpressed!

We had a shower room remodelled. Bathroom planet tradesmen turned up on the agreed date, worked professionally & clean, left me with a beautiful space.
