I've been using the bank of Scotland for a number of years now. Usually I have a present visit, but this branch in particular is quite awfull. I got there 10 minutes after they were supposed to open, but they hadn't (there was a problem with the door). There was a women waiting outside who was very rude to me. I ended up waiting 40 minutes until the staff finally went in. After that they didn't let anyone in for at least 20 minutes so they could 'set up'. We'll there was me and 3 older people standing in the freezing cold waiting for them to open and when they finally did, the staff there were so condesnding! Won't be using this bank from now on.

VERY disappointed with the service of this branch. Called in with a lost card problem, I managed to withdraw my money out, but the woman told me to wait for a new card to arrive in the post. OVER A WEEK LATER, I call up and get passed through customer service to then be told my card is still active and there has been no replacement ordered! LISTEN TO YOUR CUATOMERS!! 0/10 from me!

Can I just say, I paid a visit to the bank of scotland today and was bullied into using a machine instead, I clearly stated that I'd rather use a teller as I was at the desk already but they both insisted that I use the machine. I expressed my displeasure at this but it completely ignored!!!! I must say it is the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
