Dreadful experience of this store. Driver failed to deliver our shopping and pretended he called us to tell us. Had to drive 90 mins round trip to collect my shopping that was supposed to be delivered. Grocery delivery manager at Galashiels couldn't give a flying one. Very bad attitude from staff who twice told me I'd get a call back and both occasions it didn't happen. Asda don't reply to this saying your passing it onto management I really couldn't care less at this point. I will never step foot in another Asda ever again.
New store manager really needs to sort his staff out.

£5 so called cheese toastie deal with nothing else offered. I recived soggy bread torn apart in several pieces. never had such disgraceful toasie in my life never eaten out ASDA again. Diabolical service. The person serving has seen better days like he had beed dragged through a push backwards. Absolutely shameful..

I was in Sunday 19th May at 4pm , went to checkouts and was served by Jane , she wins first prize for shocking customer service, no welcome , no eye contact , no acknowledgment at all , when I paid her , still nothing , literally would have got more conversation from self scan , Jane needs a wee refresher course on delivering basic customer service.
