Can't really rate any stars as despite Google saying it's open till 6pm on a Sunday it was firmly closed at 430pm on Sunday 17/8. And hospitality is suffering, they say.

Popped in here for a drink with our dogs after visiting the beach. The staff were so friendly and inviting. They were very happy to have wet dogs in the cafe and gave us something for them to lay on and lots of treats!
Lovely little cafe, we'll certainly return if we're in the area again.

The food was amazing, tried one of their chicken burger and it was perfect. The staff are super friendly, even have a bit of quick banter with them and they do their best to provide quick services.
Would absolutely recommend to eat here.
(One of the man called Mike recommended this place and saved a reservation for us, I give my respects to him)

I can honestly say this place was 100% disabled friendly nothing was to much trouble for the friendly staff they are 100% disabled and child friendly, a fantastic kids menu aswell as adult. Food was divine and the price was good will definitely be back recommend to families

Best place to eat in Gairloch and surrounding area. Fantastic value, generous portions and a really nice vibe about the place. Thomas and Lynda, together with their lovely team will make sure you are well catered for.
Plenty of parking in the large car park and there are tables outside if the weather is good - it's also dog friendly. The sandy beach is just at the back of Links Cafe, very handy.
Burgers are amazing, fish and chips are delicious with Thomas's special recipie batter, lasagne is tasty and the homemade ice-cream is a must. We're lucky to live close enough to drive over for a cappuccino and cake of an afternoon, cake is always a delicious, large portion. It's licenced if you fancy a glass of wine or a beer with your meal.
If you holiday over the winter here, be sure to book a table for Sunday roast lunch. The best I've ever had!
Do not miss out on Links Cafe if you visit Gairloch.

Left unimpressed and angry after my visit here. Started off by then cheekily charging £5!!! for a slice of ginger cake. Ridiculous. I suggested it would be better to have the prices out in future so people could be informed. It got worse. Extremely rude staff - chef stormed up to be and shouted at me to unplug my phone from charging because I didn?t ask (despite being a paying customer). He needs to check his manner when speaking to people and learn to be polite. I wouldn?t have minded if he had asked nicely. Instead I immediately left and gave them a poor review. :)

Lovely staff, very quick service, easy to add extra if you ask, really dog friendly, Thomas the chef is really friendly and gave to my doggie, ham and bacon that she enjoyed very much.. very tasty coffee and food. I recommended to everyone to stop.. very lovely view, at 2 min from the beach, car park. And even have a pool table.

We went for lunch and the choice of food, presentation, service (very busy) atmosphere and price was first class.
We had haddock, chips and peas along with a tea and a coffee all served quickly and with smiles. The haddock was tasty, flakey and moist in a crispy batter ?.
The home baked cake selection looked and tasted great and the in house made ice cream is up there with the very best I've tasted - indulgent, creamy and silky smooth.
Views from the windows and outside the cafe make for a relaxing meal or coffee and cake.
The cafe is spotlessly clean, staff lovely and helpful (5 plus for service and food) with a mix of locals and visitors to the area creating a good atmosphere.
Would recommend a visit to anyone in the area and we will return when we are back up that way.
Thank you ?

From the moment we walked in and was made very welcome to the moment we left this place was perfect after a beautiful walk on the beach. The staff are so welcoming and the selection of food was so good. We had the Haggis lasagne and the fish and chips, both were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. We will defo be coming again and would recommend this place to all, very dog-friendly as well.
