Although I am a Brocher, I live in England. The times I have phoned or used the Web site, they have not failed to deliver an excellent service. Each time the recipient has said how outstanding the flowers are. Today, when they tried to deliver the flowers, the recipient wasn't in, they called me to confirm that I was happy with how they were to ensure the flowers were left. Thank you. The recipient did get them and is delighted.
