I found the relationship was honest, i.e. Douglas did not try to sell us additional stuff or more expensive versions and was also listening to our requirements and ideas. Despite COVID restrictions he managed to provide us with a high quality and timely service. The guys coming to our house were friendly, accommodating and extremely hard working.
