A good location for spending some time with kids or friends.
The bowling place is fun and also provides the possibility to buy drinks. I liked that they had some special support for launching the ball when playing with young children, as obviously they cannot throw it, but they can slide it on that frame, like a marble game ball. The Cafe has very few options to eat, a few cakes that aren?t made on the spot, some coffee (though not great taste) and snacks. The seating area has about 30 seats, mostly on tables with chairs, but also a couple of couches.
Decent prices for everything, but they could work a little on the quality and service.
I was never impressed about the service. They lack a simple free smile.
Same for the softplay area for kids.
No smiles at all, ever, and I?ve been here many times.
I didn?t like at the softplay the fact that it is always a little cold, but mostly in the winter. Another thing about the top side of the softplay, is that they don?t switch on the lights at all times, and they aren?t with sensors for movement. My son doesn?t feel too comfortable in the semi dark areas there. On the entrance at the softplay, there are tables with seats for about 25 people. I wish they wouldn?t allow the food from outside or the Cafe to be consumed here. The entrance price for kids is up to £5, per session, depending on age.
The toilets are okay, but at times they may be a little messy, because of the volume of people using them.

Amazing! Friendly! Safe! 3 words to describe this place. Had my first kiss, my first 300 game, my first 9 farter and of course my first pint! Great food and great company.

Went bowling today !
It was fully booked but a spot available half an hour after we arrived.
We were offered to wait in the new games room which was great to pass the time!
Staff were all brilliant and we had a great afternoon.

Thus is my first time at this soft play centre with my grandkids as up on holiday. I didn?t realise that u had to pre-book a session, however the manager allowed us to enter and stay between session. Amazing play centre. Spotlessly clean but what makes it better is the phenomenal staff. So polite, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this centre to all. Thank u

Scottish Blood Donors taking donations. Busy which is a good sign. Cakes and biscuits still being supplied which is always a bonus. But not tea and coffee. Just cartons of juice.
