Popped in here today for a mooch and I have to say it was utterly amazing! The staff were having such a great time and were all so friendly. I only bought a card but I wish I'd bought the sloth necklace too! I will certainly be back next time I travel to Fort William. Great shop, great products and great staff.

Felt like an inconvenience as staff kept on chatting when came in and didn?t look to say hello.When making a purchase no please or thank you even when we were extremely polite. I little can go a long way in making an experience memorable.
