A very cozy restaurant, as well as great food. Moreover, they sometimes have live music on weekends. The staff was very friendly, specially James.

We picked this restaurant based on a menu in our B&B only to find a different menu when we arrived (not the restaurant's fault!). While my partner enjoyed the meal (Hunter's Chicken), I did not feel the same. The service was slow despite not being particularly busy and the wait staff forgot drinks and neglected to check our table to confirm everything was good.

Restaurant with very long and meaningless times, there were 4 of us and 2 people ate half an hour after the others had finished. To get a glass of wine it took 10 minutes with the restaurant empty. Not recommended for having dinner together.

The only restaurant out of the 5 tested in the city that accepted us with our dog... and we thank them!

Very welcoming team who looked after us with care and attention. Breakfast and evening meal was great. The room was comfortable with everything you need. The location is great too with easy access to the High Street and of course Loch Linnhe as well as Ben Nevis! The use of the swimming pool and facilities at their sister hotel was an added bonus. A very enjoyable stay!

We had not made a reservation and had to wait 20 minutes in the bar. That ended up being 40. That was less but worth the wait. The staff is mainly still fairly young and inexperienced, but it seemed like they were doing their best. However, the food was extremely tasty and well served. If you can see past the nonsense, definitely recommended!

The food was simple and of low value, starter and main (soup/roast) below average, rude inattentive staff. The desert was the best but I waited for it for 30 minutes then was told no tea was ordered. Then the tea was thrown at my table by overexcited water.The bill was wrong, I was under charged as the same "J" waiter forgot to give a correct bill.I like the hotel and often visit FWilliam but was not impressed by the hospitality of the waiting staff.

A huge shop, large groups are expected here... The food is OK, as is the service. But there are nicer places to eat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. The bruschetta (only thing I took a pic of) was delicious and the scampi and chips were really good too. My other half enjoyed hot wings and the steak and ale pie. The staff are really attentive and friendly and it's reasonably priced.Parking: There are spaces at the front and to the rear of the hotel that are free, but there's not a great deal of them and it can get busy.
