I sat outside with my dog whilst my wife went in to buy some boots, I noticed a sign by the door "dogs welcome" so I took myself in with the dog and we both ended up buying a pair of boots, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Honestly the AMAZING prices here compared to some of the other stores is almost enough to make you jump for joy. Girl on counter was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable member of staff too

Tried to buy a 62l rucksack but accidentally picked up the display version. Sales assistant noticed quickly and discretely swapped it out for a better version. Has everything you need for a days mountain climbing.
