Saturday 19th July 8am, stopped at Morrisons Fort William for breakfast and after waiting almost 30minutes to be served as till assistant was busy with the coffee machine, which the only customer infront of us had found not to be ready, eventually we're met by a very unfriendly lady, who quite obviously didn't want to be there. No discount for OAP was offered and when our breakfast arrived it was incomplete. My husband asked a pleasant waitress for the mushrooms which arrived when our breakfast was almost finished and we're old tasting and not tasty to eat.
Our experience in Morrisons Fort William was not a positive one and I know we will not be back and will not be recommending it to others.

The food was actually decent and tbh we were so happy to avoid all the tourist traps on the main street and pay £20 for a quick lunch instead. Those were honest prices for what they served and the two ladies that served us were lovely and kind. Well done

Waited over 60 minutes for two breakfasts.

Staff clearly didn't know how to work the tills. Place was dirty, service was poor and very slow. Ordered and paid for food, only some items were brought after 30 mins wait and then told they had run out of the other items. it would be kind to say the food was mediocre. Clearly they need some staff training and a better menu.

Tried getting chicken tikka masala but it was out of stock. The Ham egg and chips were sufficient

Do not visit this establishment, called in just after half 11, wasn't particularly busy, everything I asked for they didn't have, in the end decided with a bowl of chips, whilst I was waiting I witnessed two people infront ask for a refund on their breakfast as they waited half an hour and you could see it was inedible, woman got the manager, who didn't seem to do much then in the end give them their refund, place was filthy as well, wish I had read the reviews before I came here.

Hubby and I called into Morrisons cafe, Fort William, this morning. We were served by Kayleigh, who was really efficient and friendly. I ordered poached eggs on toast and a full Scottish for my husband. When my poached eggs arrived they were well overdone, like hard boiled eggs. I told Kayleigh about them and she apologised and said she would get them replaced for me. While I was waiting, she came back to our table to tell me they'd be done in 5 minutes - and they were. Perfectly poached delicous fresh eggs on thick brown toast. Hubby's breakfast was great too, and a very generous plateful. Just wanted to say that Kayleigh is a credit to Morrisons and it was a real pleasure to be served by her.

It was almost closing time, but the service we received was exemplary. Staff had to get fresh ingredients from the store to make our order too. ?

2 Scottish breakfast for 12, What a steal. Added Haggis for 1.5 each. Well worth it, place nearby was charging almost 12 for 1 breakfast. Money well spent

I sincerely hope that those responsible for the management of this cafe read this review.
As a rule I don't complain about food or service when it is a little underwhelming but on this occasion needs must.
I have used several morrisons cafes and usually I am satisfied with the food and service, this fort william cafe is way below par.
The staff today were severley short in their numbers.
Staff we did see were trying their own PERSONAL best but it wasn't great.
When the food arrived it was lukewarm, greasy and undercooked, I would have gone back to complain but that would have caused embarrassment to the staff there that were doing their best.
This breakfast was shocking and I will not return nor would I recommend it either.
Management you are letting your staff down and the food that other Morrisons cafes do serve that are of a good standard.
We spent £17.00 for 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts which is disgraceful.
We didn't want a refund we wanted to be served a good standard of food.
